For the protection of both child and teacher, parents are welcome to attend their child’s lessons, refreshments are available.

If your attendance would cause problems in any way, Andante Music will provide a disclaimer form for you to sign, stating that you consent to your child being taught unsupervised.

We are in the process of obtaining “Enhanced Disclosure Checks” for those working for Andante Music.

Please stress to your child that if ever they feel uncomfortable, for any reason, they need to inform you, ASAP, so that we can resolve the issue.

Occasionally, during lessons, there may need to be physical contact between Teacher and pupil, e.g. correcting posture, etc. If this would cause a problem we must be informed before lessons commence.
